Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I Bring My Own Food & Drinks?
Yes, however we only allow fast food, snacks & drinks to prevent strong smell from lingering in the room which will affect the next customers’ experience.

 

Upon checkout we will conduct a check on the room for any damages/stains to our furniture.  We would impose a $50 – $100 cleaning fee should there be any additional cleaning required.

2. Do You Have CCTV In The Rooms?

We do not have any CCTV to ensure full privacy of our customers.

3. Are Your Rooms Fully Private?

Yes our room are fully private and enclosed.

4. How Clean is Your Room?

Our rooms are cleaned and sanitised each session.

5. What is the maximum pax allowed for each room?

Our rooms are designed for couples and each booking is assumed to be 2 pax. Additional charges will be applied for additional pax. There will be an additional charge of $15 for each additional individual.

6. Can I Cancel or Reschedule my Booking?

We do not allow cancellation or refund once booking is confirm. ​
